First Follow Up - Report of Findings

Service Description

The First Follow up visit allows for the opportunity to discuss the outcomes experienced using the recommended plan, as well as discussion of all the findings from the initial consultation, further education and a follow up nutrition plan with detailed dietary and lifestyle recommendations.
